For more than 30 years, I have helped 200+ businesses move from challenge to achievement by capitalizing on strengths to create more wealth. The results: expanded distribution networks, technological developments, new products and services, improved profitability, increased corporate value, enhanced business images. My close working relationships with clients have resulted in my assuming positions, including vice chairman, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and administrative officer.

After graduating from University of Connecticut with BA in Accounting, I joined Spitz, Sullivan, Wachtel & Falcetta, CPAs as a Senior Accountant. Next, I became a computer auditor with Travelers Insurance Company, next a Manager with Wolf & Company, P.C., then a National CPA Association Manager with Management Design Associates. I founded Stowe Management in 1979.

In 1984, after 25 years in the creation, I authored the award-winning book Revolutionary Conversations: The Tools You Need for the Success You Want, leading to the creation of Revolutionary Conversations, LLC, a boutique learning and training organization.

I have been invited to present 35+ on-going seminars for the California CPA Education Foundation and UCLA Extension, where I share my thought leadership on business transformation, change management and effective business conversation for more success.
